Mark has over 38 years of practical experience in the residential and commercial building industry.
During this time he has identified many issues with moisture in homes and offices and how this is affecting the health of the people who occupy these spaces.
To enable himself to be able to help these people with their health issues he has undertaken the qualification as a mould testing technician from the Australian College of Environmental Studies.
Donna Steel
Building Biology – Mould Testing Technician
Donna has been involved in the building industry for 30 years – working with clients to build their dream homes or to repair and renovate their existing homes.
During this time Donna has identified many issues with moisture in homes, apartments and workplaces and how this is affecting the health of the people who occupy these spaces.
To enable herself to be able to help these people with their health issues she has undertaken the qualification as a mould testing technician from the Australian College of Environmental Studies.
Amber Coates
Building Biology – Mould Testing Technician
Amber has a background in agriculture and farming and more recently has undertaken a renovation at her own home.
Amber has recently taken up an opportunity at Mould Inspections North Island to help identify mould issues in buildings and work with people who may be exposed to mould in their home or workplace.
As part of her continuing education Amber has undertaken the qualification as a Mould Testing Technician from the Australian College of Environmental Studies.
Tim Dorrington
Tim has over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience and has been a building consultant since 2010. Having specialized in the NZBC field of External Moisture (E2), Internal Moisture (E3) and Weathertight buildings (E2/AS1) since 2011, it became apparent that a combination of design faults and building to minimum requirement has resulted in mouldy and unhealthy buildings.
Tim has been mould testing and providing mould assessment reports since 2011 and has achieved unrivalled, internationally accredited qualifications at every service level.
Mike Healy
Mike has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry and has focused on Health & Safety since 2013.
The increased awareness relating to the adverse health effects caused by toxic mould, inspired Mike to specialise in the field of protecting occupants and workers within workplaces and home environments.
It became apparent that a combination of design faults, building to minimum standards and structurally compromised materials, are the
primary factors in mouldy generation and contamination of buildings
Mike is the Franchisee and senior consultant servicing the South Island
in accordance with the unique and unrivalled internationally accredited
protocols developed by Mould Inspections New Zealand Ltd.
